Policies
Clear terms.
Before we trade.
This page identifies the policies the live business requires. Final legal wording must be completed using verified business and fulfilment information before public launch.
Privacy
Enquiry forms collect the details voluntarily supplied so Galway Patches can respond, quote and manage the proposed project. The final policy must identify the legal business/controller, retention periods, processors, lawful basis, individual rights and contact route.
Cookies and analytics
Essential hosting functions may operate without optional tracking. Any non-essential analytics, advertising pixels or embedded media must be held until valid consent has been recorded.
Custom orders
Final terms must cover quotations, quote validity, deposits or prepayment, artwork responsibility, proofs and approval, colour/position tolerances, customer-supplied goods, stock substitution, turnaround, rush work, delivery, cancellations, remakes and complaints.
Originals delivery and returns
Before online sales open, publish dispatch timing, shipping regions and charges, return instructions, refund timing, exclusions and the treatment of faulty or incorrect items.
Personalised goods
Custom-made or clearly personalised goods may have different cancellation rights from standard products. The final wording must accurately reflect applicable Irish and EU consumer law and must not remove statutory rights for faulty or misdescribed goods.
Business information still required
Legal entity/trading name, physical business address, business registration details where applicable, public email, telephone if used, VAT status/number if applicable, and dispute/complaint contact.
